Enjoy a beautiful view with mountain panorama, quiet idyll and soothing mountain air in the best location to the ski lifts & the hiking area in the middle of the Biosphere Park Nockberge Our bright, mountain-facing ground floor apartment (living area 70 m²) with covered terrace, garden area and underground garage, is located in Bad Kleinkirchheim (in the district Zirkitzen) at 1080m above sea level, in close proximity to the Kaiserburg gondola lift (500m or 50m to the ski bus stop) and the children's ski circus area around the Kaiserburg. Just across the road (100m distance) there is also the sports center with: ice rink, 8km cross-country ski trail as well as grass & artificial grass – football pitches. In summer you can go hiking, cycling, golfing (Kaiserburg golf course 4km), tennis (Tenniscourt by Jakob 1km) or enjoy the beautiful lakes world (10 min. drive). Our apartment is 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bus or 10-15 minutes walk from the ski lifts, the ski slopes and the ski school & Intersport RENT. Directly in front of the house (50m) there is a bus stop to get to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (free ski thermal bus). In summer you can also be taken comfortably anywhere by "Nockmobil" (call taxi) (cost contribution). Wifi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, first equipment for kitchen use are available in the apartment. The apartment is furnished by carpenter hand alpine-modern and every room radiates a comfortable cosiness. You will find a lockable underground garage for your car in the building, furthermore a lockable compartment for your skis. Bicycles can also be deposited there. The distance to the town center with two supermarkets, many small shops (sports shops, fashion boutiques, Greisslerei, cafes, trafik / lottery, farmer's market, . . . ), many restaurants (home cooking, pizzeria, steakhouse, toaster kitchen, . . . ), a pharmacy, two general practitioners, a dentist and two thermal baths (Thermal Römerbad & Therme St. Kathrein) is 1 km . . . Pets are not allowed! Visit us also at restaurant "Zum Sepp" at the valley station Kaiserburg!
