Sonnenhaus ILIA (means House of sunshine) It is situated in the middle of the mountains, nearby ski areas and a beautiful lake. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 terrace and a garden with 700 m2 (7500 feet) In the middle of Salzburg (the living place of Mozart) you can find a place called Saalfelden, where we built our house in 2010 with the best ecological and technical standard out of wood. It is surrounded by breathtaking mountains and a beautiful lake in Zell am See (15km away). Our house is therefore the best base for summer and winter sports and people who love nature. The well known ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm with its 55 ski lift and 200 km of pistes is just 10 Minutes away. From our big windows you can see the fascinating mountains called Hohe Tauern and the beautiful surrounding where you are invited to make hikes in the nature. In this area you will get a lot of energy for yourself! The house is situated in a very quiet area just 5 minutes away from the next city Saalfelden. We are offering 140 m2 Living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a big living and cooking area. It is ideal for 6-8 people and ideal for kids, (because we also have 2). The rooms are very bright and sunny and from every room you can see the breathtaking scenery of our mountains. A very big terrace invites you to do Yoga or drink a glas of read wine in the evening. For the kids we have a 700 m2 garden where they can play and enjoy a little play house with a lot of toys. It is a good place to do a Barbecue and lay in the sun and relax.
