This apartment house is on the edge of a small villa park, centrally located in Mauterndorf.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. In the large garden with a covered terrace and a wonderful view, you can relax wonderfully.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath. It is very practically furnished and therefore offers space for 6 people - excellent for the whole family.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The underfloor heating makes the apartment cozy and warm. In the basement of the house there is a separate storage room for skis. You have your own parking space in front of the door.
Mauterndorf is centrally located between various ski areas such as Großeck, Obertauern and Katschberg. The ski bus runs from Mauterndorf along all of these areas. The ideal starting point for skiers who would like to get to know different areas. Even in summer, the beautiful surroundings have a lot to offer for both active and less active holidaymakers.

If you stay between June 1st and October 31st, all guests receive the Lungaucard free of charge (except for school groups). With the Lungaucard you have free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and many other attractions in the immediate area!
