La Residenza

The beautiful villa La Residenza is located in a peaceful street in one of the most beautiful parts of Porec, which is one of the most popular destinations on the Adria coast.
La Residenza consists of 3 houses for 6 people, each of which has a view of the sea.
La Residenza I extend to 157m2 and has a living room, kitchen with dining room, one bedroom with own bath and an extra bathroom on the ground floor. The living room has access to a terrace with a set for enjoying meals and a view of the pool. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning and SAT-TV and one bedroom has access to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea.
A 45m2 swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas is available to guests of all houses. A shared terrace with a dining set and grill is also available to guests.
Additional features of Villa Residenza include a washing machine, iron, feeder and a baby cot.
Private parking is in a fenced yard. A group of young people are not allowed.

The beautifully furnished house La Residenza II is located in the central part of the house with a communal pool. The house covers 116 qm and another 45 qm of terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, one of which has access to the terrace with sea views.
Guests have another shared terrace with seating and a grill at their disposal.

Villa La Residenza is a 3 bedroom villa with shared pool and garden.
The villa has a total area of approx. 115 m2 on two levels, consisting of a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms and private terrace with barbecue.
The modern, open kitchen of Villa La Residenza III is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area and spacious living room. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one has its own balcony. Each bedroom has satellite TV and air conditioning. One bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor.
The pool deck also has sun loungers for sunbathing and a large shaded area with dining table and BBQ. Private parking is in the yard. The house is surrounded by greenery and offers complete privacy.
