Ossiacher See - the sunniest region in Austria. We offer two apartments in the Ossiachersee Gerlitzen region! Nowhere else in Austria does the sun smile from the sky more extensively than at Lake Ossiach. The long-term average is 2,010 hours and in good years the statistics also show more than 2,100 hours. Our holiday home is only a few minutes by car from Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen ski area. You will find our homely and very well-equipped two holiday apartments, quiet and privileged by the sun. Here you will immediately feel at home. Out of everyday life, up the mountain. Enjoy being in the ski area in 10 minutes or the lake in 10 minutes. Escape the heat in the valley in summer. In winter you can enjoy the view of the snow-covered mountains from the sun terrace. You can spend a particularly long time enjoying the blue sky above the clouds because the house is located at around 1000 meters above sea level. And therefore it is usually above the cloud line. Fantastic sunrises and sunsets can be experienced from the terrace or balcony. The magnificent view extends from the Ossiachersee to the Faaker See - from the Ossiacher Tauern over the Karawanken to the Julian Alps to Slovenia. The warm wood and the traditional architecture radiate comfort. Many carefree and relaxing days can be enjoyed in a nice, pleasant atmosphere. Whether as a couple or as a family, there are countless possibilities for holiday enjoyment.

For the overnight stay, the agreed price per season and day applies, plus the costs for final cleaning € 30, - and energy costs according to consumption (€ 0.30 / kWh, € 4.00 / pellet bag 15kg -> depending on the season approx. € 3, - up to € 10 per day). The local and overnight tax is € 2.00 per night and per person. Children under the age of 18 are free. Payment:
50% due 4 weeks before arrival,
The remaining amount is due upon arrival. Cancellation:
- no later than 3 months before the agreed arrival date - free of charge
- up to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total price
- in the last week - 90% of the total price
