There is 1 large family bathroom (toilet, basin and bath with shower) upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. House is used by owners as their second home and for letting. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner.
