Landhaus Wildschwendt with holiday flats and rooms is located in a quiet area beneath Mt. Wilder Kaiser, only 300 metres away from a golf course, and offers a great panoramic view. Therefore, we are an ideal starting point for your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter. A cross-country ski run is only 500 metres away, and the free ski bus takes you from our door right to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental skiing resort. In summer, more than 70 kilometres of hiking and cycling paths offer possibilities for wonderful excursions to lakes, alpine pastures and mountain tops. After a day of skiing or hiking, you can relax in our sauna or on the large sunbathing lawn. breakfast in the apartements (11,00 € p-person)
If you stay 10 or more days, we will charge 80 euros for the final cleaning.
If there are 5 or more people in one apartment, we will charge 90 euros for the final cleaning.
