Perfectly located in a tranquil setting at the base of the Kitzbüheler Horn, my home is your ideal place to spend your holiday in St. Johann in Tirol.
It is a very small Bed & Breakfast (not a Hotel) in the original Austrian Tirol style, run by myself, along with the help of a cleaning fairy. For the winter visitor, we are right at the base of the ski slopes and a very short walk to the main cable car, the Harschbichl Gondola. For the summer visitor, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with the feel of being close to nature with the occasional sightings of our mountain deer grazing in the pasture close by. Within a 5 minute walk to the village centre where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and retail stores. Free WIFI throughout the house. Our continental breakfast is served buffet-style in our cosy breakfast room at 2 sittings namely, 7.15-8.15am or 8.30-9.30am, and consists of a variety of cereals, yoghurts, breads, bread-rolls, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
