The apartment house “Modern Art” is located within walking distance to the centre of Schladming as well to both cable car stations “Planet Planai” and “Planai West”
The apartment offers generous, fully equipped eat-in kitchens. In the apartment Penthouse you will find 3 separate bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Amenities like Flat screens in each room, free Wi-Fi, an infrared cabin, safe as well a lift in the house are available.
The evenings with view to the snow-capped Schladming or the flowering meadows of the surrounding mountains will remain in your memory forever. In summer the spacious terrace invites you to linger, which not only offer a great view to the mountains, also sun from the morning to evening.
The apartments are the perfect holiday home for families and groups of friends who appreciate modern design and comfort coupled with plenty of space. Location: quiet and close to the centre, 300 m far from the next bus stop, 8 walking minutes distance into the centre, 10 walking minutes to the cable car station, Billa supermarket is only 100 meter far

Pets are on request and within addition costs of € 15 per day and per pet permitted.
