Farm on 1200m a.s.l., quiet and sunny location with gorgious view of the lake, the Hohe Tauern and the Schmittenhöhe. Departure-point for beautiful hikes to Enzian-hut, Waldheim, Erlhofplatte, Moosalm and Hundstein. Mountainbike track to Hundstein/Maria Alm next to the house. During winter season: Toboggan run. A deposit is necessary.
