Our house have been new built three years ago and is provided slightly above Neustift (about 20 minutes by feet or 3 - 4 minutes by car) with wonderful views over Neustift and the Stubaital (valley) The apartment is like brandnew. It is located on ground floor and offers cosiness and top interior for 2 - 4 persons on appr. 40sqm. The prices are exclusive local tax of € 2,80 per person / night. Guests, who turn 16 years in the respective calendar year or older have to pay resort tax.
