  Our country-style holiday home is located at 1,750m above sea level in the well-known summer + winter recreation area HEIDI ALM Falkertsee at house number 126. The upper floor of the holiday home is only used PRIVATELY. The cozy approx. 35m large VACATION APARTMENT in the basement is rented. The FEWO includes a separate entrance/anteroom, an open living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV and an additional wood stove for cozy warmth. A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a separate shower/toilet. In front of the FEWO you will find a cozy meadow/playground, wooden tables and a place to grill. please on departure electricity + visitor's tax + final cleaning + wood - will be charged separately from the booking fee!
