The flat is on the 1st floor of the house Ebser. The house is situated at the "Bachwinkel" which is a part of the village Lofer. It is on a little hill near the forest. You have to go about 8 minutes to get into the centre of Lofer (ski lifts). In order to get to the swimming bath you have to go about 5 minutes. The price inkludes all taxes and also bedclothes and towels. In summer you also get the "Saalachtaler Sommercard", so you don't pay for the swimming bath in Lofer and Unken, for the cable car to the "Loferer alp" and for two flumes near Lofer. The price inkludes not the cleaning costs (25-30 EUR).
