NEW: in summer our prices include the benefits of the Stubai Super Card – so you can use all cable cars for free! A beautiful garden area with an outdoor swimming pool as well as the Stubaital, one of the famous tourism areas in Tyrol, offer a lot of opportunities to calm down and relax. When you look out from the balcony, enjoy an unforgettable and breath-taking view across the Stubai valley. More highlights

Conditions:
All prices valid per apartment and day for the intended number of persons, Prices exclude final cleaning of the apartment and visitor's tax per person (starting from 15 years) and day € 2,80. Prices may be subject to change.

To guarantee reservation:
We would ask you to pay a deposit of 20% in advance or give us your credit card details.

Final invoice:
Please pay your final bill on the day before your departure.

Other:
On arrival day apartments are at your disposal at 4 PM. On departure day we would kindly ask you to leave your apartment until 10 AM. We would ask you to leave the apartment in a clean condition.
Domestic animals on request - price/day € 6.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) has to be considered.
