You park protected from the weather in a space in the underground car park, in front of which you ideally first unbuckle your winter sports equipment or get off your bike. From the ski cellar (with protective dryer) you can take the lift to the flat, which is heated by underfloor heating and can be 'cosily heated' by the fireplace. Apart from that, the new flat is very attractively equipped and fully furnished with regard to bathroom (with tub and shower), fitted kitchen and floors (oak parquet in the rooms). A separate 2nd WC, 'WLAN without fees', 3 flatscreen TV's as well as dishwasher & washing machine comfortably round off the equipment. Two stable high chairs and Hauck travel cots with mattresses are also available on request at no extra charge. LOCATION / ENVIRONMENT: The family-friendly 4-star Edelweiss - Apartment is quietly situated in probably one of the most sought-after locations in Leogang, on the Steinberg - slope. After only 150m of skiing across a small meadow, with a view of the 2,634m high Birnhorn, you reach an ideal beginners' slope with practice lift & ski school at the Kralleralm. From there, a few swings will take you to the 10-seater - Steinbergbahn, opened in 2014, which will take you quickly and pleasantly to the great pistes of Zell am See (new from winter 2019/20) and Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn. The BIKEPARK LEOGANG has also expanded with another lift and new trails and is now close to the accommodation. There are also 9 golf courses within a radius of 50km. A wide range of possibilities in Leogang and the surrounding area should ensure that even on a summer holiday lasting several weeks, young and old won't be bored for long.
