In our house, old and new have been combined in a very pleasant and harmonious unit, so that modern living comfort is possible for you in ancient walls. The Dorfplatz'l apartments with a view atTyrol's most beautiful village square and Klein aber Fein have amenities such as flat screen TV, WiFi, bath, shower, separate toilet, kitchen-cum-living room and comfortable bedrooms with high-quality furniture and can accommodate 2 and 6 people . The large beds with first-class mattresses guarantee a luxurious sleep feeling and restful bed rest to start the next day of your vacation in the Zillertal well rested.

Enjoy the benefits of self-catering with all amenities like your own kitchen and the possibility of choosing your own times for breakfast, lunch and dinner We offer all important ingrediences for your feast in our in-house butcher shop. A grocery store is just 20 metres from the Nester apartments and a further supermarket is only 3 walking minutes away. You can find even two bakeries very close by "Dorfbäck" and "EZEB" in the Hotel Tipotsch, both only approx. 2 minutes' walk away, which will spoil you with fresh bread specialties and baked goods.

In principle, you can rely on inns with their own butcher shops. When a chef like Georg Hauser junior additionaly celebrates fine dining, it’s going to be just exciting! Everyone will find a place here: Whether in the garden lined with chestnut trees in the middle of the beautiful silent village square, at the covered open-air bar, in one of the two cozy, lovingly renovated rooms or the ballroom which fits also for events up to 80 people - the Nester offers the ideal setting for fine dining - traditional Tyrolean home cooking as well as light, creative and extravagant dishes.
If you want to enjoy your lunch or dinner in our restaurant, we ask firmly ask for a reservation in advance.

Our inn is located in the center of Stumm so the distances to all leisure facilities are short in summer. The bathing world Stumm as well as tennis courts and the football pitch can be reached in just 2 minutes by foot. When you are on holiday with family or friends, leave your car in one of our free parking spaces and start your experiences relaxed with public transport. The next bus stop is only approx. 100 m away. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen can be reached in just 10 minutes and offers an adventure pool with slide fun for the little ones as well as a sauna and wellness for the adults!

In winter everything is available in the Erste Ferienregion Zillertal that winter sports enthusiasts, family vacationers or those looking for relaxation could wish for. The top ski area Hochzillertal - Hochfügen can be reached with the free ski bus, just 100 m from the house, in just 10 minutes and offers ski courses, ski rental, apres ski and much more. Thanks to children's ski courses and childcare, nothing stands in the way of skiing with children. In addition to the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area, you can also reach the Spieljoch ski area in Fügen in 15 minutes by car and the Zillertal Arena in just 10 minutes. Wonderful winter hiking and the culinary offer, whether in the huts or in the inn, delight all our guests in the Zillertal!

a deposit of 40 percent of the booking amount has to be payed on the day of booking. The booking contract becomes binding as soon as we have received this deposit.
